A singularity post said continual learning in the fruit fly brain had been decoded and called it the missing piece for true AGI. MachineLearning proposed building a flight simulator guided by an implanted fly brain to hit a ship. No later signal has established what was uploaded, how SS13 used it, or whether these descriptions refer to the same work.
